Organizations encourage fans to spay/neuter their pets

Spurs Team Up With SNAP

The San Antonio Spurs and Spay/Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP) are encouraging fans to spay and neuter their pets September 8 at the SBC Center.

The SNAP Wagon will be on site to provide their services at no cost to Spurs’ neighbors and their pets. This event helps control the growing population of stray dogs/cats in San Antonio.

The Spurs Foundation raised funds throughout the year to have the SNAP Wagon come out and serve the community.

This is on a first come, first serve basis for all clients. You must arrive by 7:30 a.m. to fill the available surgery spots. All animals must be picked up by 4:00 p.m.

If you miss the opportunity tomorrow, the SNAP Wagon will return to the SBC Center on Friday, October 8 to provide the same service.
