Volunteer

Spurs Sports & Entertainment employees are empowered to give back to the community through the Volunteer POSSE – an acronym for the People of Spurs Sports & Entertainment. Throughout the year our POSSE Committee helps provide our staff with regular opportunities to volunteer. We also close the office on occasion for our entire staff, including players, coaches, dancers and alumni to work together on a service project. Based on our organization’s values and commitment to service, the POSSE offers all staff members and partners opportunities to volunteer in the greater San Antonio area.

We believe our 250 POSSE members are living demonstrations of our core values of Integrity, Success, and Caring. In our 2011-2012 season our staff participated in 80 POSSE activities supporting 63 organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Warrior Family Support Center, San Antonio Food Back, City Year, Special Olympics, Respite Care and Cowboy Breakfast, among others. The entire SS&E family is encouraged to get out and get involved in our community through various POSSE activities offered throughout the year.
