Spurs Hold Off Grizzlies in OT

Tony Parker (15 points, 18 assists) was masterful and the Spurs withstood a fourth-quarter Grizzlies rally to beat Memphis 93-89 in overtime to take a 2-0 lead in the Western Conference Finals.
