Winner Selection: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 5/9/05 from among all eligible entries received by PST, an independent judging organization whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email, telephone and/or mail. Prizes will be awarded to the person named on the applicable entry form (subject to verification of eligibility and the terms of these Official Rules) regardless of whether that is the name of the authorized account holder of the email address from which said entry form was submitted. Limit one prize per person, family or household.

Prizes: (1) Grand Prize: Private screening of the movie “The Year of the Yao” for winner and up to (100) guests at a theater (designated by Sponsor) near/in winner’s city of residence. Transportation to/from private screening is not included (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”=$1,000). The private screening must take place on a date and time designated by Sponsor or prize may be forfeited in its entirety and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Private screening passes are non-transferable and will be deemed void if sold, transferred, auctioned or assigned to any third person. Pass grants the holder a revocable license, which may be terminated at any time. Selection of attendees subject to approval and enforcement of the movie rating system guidelines sponsored by the Motion Picture Association of America. In the event the Grand Prize winner or any of his or her guests engage during the screening activities in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor's sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the screening activities early, in whole or in part, and send the winner and/or his or her guests home with no further compensation. If the movie “The Year of the Yao” cannot for any reason be shown in/near winner’s city of residence (including lack of suitable theater , as determined by Sponsor), Sponsor will substitute that activity(s) with an item(s)/activity(s) of equal or greater value as determined solely by Sponsor. Prize details not specifically set forth herein are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Other restrictions may apply. (10) First Prizes: The Year of the Yao Poster (ARV=$16/ea.). Total ARV of all prizes=$1,160.

Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of prizes except by Sponsor due to prize (or portion thereof) unavailability, and then for a prize (or applicable portion thereof) of equal or greater value. Federal, state and local taxes and all other expenses not specified herein are winners’ sole responsibility. If an eligible minor is selected as a winner, prize will be awarded in the name of said minor’s parent or legal guardian and said minor will accompany parent/legal guardian to screening. Grand Prize winner (if minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) will be required to execute & return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release within 5 days of issuance of notification. Non-compliance with the foregoing may result in disqualification and awarding of prize to an alternate winner at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If any prize notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable, winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to: 1.) disqualify any person and void any entries of any person who it believes has tampered with the entry process, the operation of NBA.com, or any other component of this Sweepstakes, whose conduct or actions affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, or who is in violation of these Official Rules; and 2.) modify, suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor, including but not limited to war, strikes, and/or acts of God, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination or suspension, at its discretion, select winners from among eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event requiring such termination or suspension. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that: 1.) Released Parties and their designees and assigns may use (unless prohibited by law) such entrant’s name, voice, city/state of residence, photograph, and/or other visual likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for the purpose of posting their name on NBA.com and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification; 2.) Released Parties and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability and will be released and held harmless from any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to winner or any third party or damage to personal or real property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize (including travel to and from and attending of screening) or participation in this Sweepstakes; and 3.) Releasees have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize's quality or fitness for a particular purpose.
