The following Sweepstakes is intended for entry in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not located in the United States.

1. To Enter: Sweepstakes begins 12:00:01 PM EDT October 15, 2005 and ends 11:59:59 AM EDT October 31, 2006. You may enter by visiting NBA.com and completing the online entry form. Entry must be complete to be eligible. Limit one entry per person/email address per day. Automated entries are prohibited.

2. Prize: Grand Prize (1): A 3-day/2-night trip for two (2) to the 2007 NBA All-Star Game in Las Vegas, Nevada. Trip includes round trip coach air transportation from a major airport near winner's residence, round-trip ground transfers to/from airport/hotel in Las Vegas, two nights hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy) and two (2) tickets to the 2007 NBA All-Star Game (Approximate Retail Value: $4,000). All other expenses, including meals, incidental hotel expenses and gratuities are the sole responsibility of winner. All travel must be completed on dates specified surrounding the 2007 NBA All-Star Game; dates of departure and return are subject to change. Prize will be awarded and potential winner will be notified by phone and/or mail.

3. Random Drawing: Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 30, 2006, from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.

4. General Rules: Prize is nontransferable/no substitution allowed except by sponsor who reserves right to award a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable. Sponsor and its agencies, and NBA Properties, Inc., the National Basketball Association and its member teams (collectively “NBA Entities”) assume no responsibility/liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of the prize. Taxes related to the prize are the responsibility of the winner. Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and Publicity Release (where legal) within 14 days of notification attempt, or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Return of prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate selection. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. In the event the 2007 NBA All-Star Game is cancelled or postponed for any reason out of Sponsor’s control, that portion of the prize will not be awarded and no additional compensation will be provided. Airline carrier's regulations apply. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Winner and guest must travel together on same itinerary. Travel companion of winner (or parent/legal guardian if companion is a minor) will be required to execute a Release of Liability prior to departure. Winner and travel companion must possess valid travel documents (i.e., valid photo ID) in order to travel. By entering, entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the judges. Internet entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or website; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this sweepstakes which may limit the ability to participate or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the promotion if it becomes technically corrupted, and award prize from eligible entries received prior to cancellation. By entering, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of New Jersey, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in New Jersey.

5. Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the U.S., 18 years of age or older as of their date of entry, except employees and their families of Novartis Consumer Health, Inc., The Napor Group, NBA Entities, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. This offer is void where prohibited and subject to all federal, state and local laws.
