Season Ticket Holder Procedures

Address Change
We accept notification of an address change in written form only. On the reverse side of your season ticket invoice, space is provided if you need to change your address and/or telephone number. Only the season ticket holder can make changes to an account.

Season Ticket Holder Ownership
Season Ticket Holder Accounts are private. For security reasons, only the season ticket holder of record can have access to information on the season ticket account.

The owner of record for a season ticket account is the name of company or person that appears on the first line of the account.

Example 1 Marie Smith ABC Company 100 Arena Circle Philadelphia, PA Marie Smith is the season ticket holder of record.

Example 2 ABC Company Marie Smith 100 Arena Circle Philadelphia, PA ABC Company is the season ticket holder of record.

For your protection, the Philadelphia 76ers will only consider requests from the season ticket holder of record.

A season ticket holder may request to have an account transferred from one name to another. This request will be reviewed by the Vice President of Customer Service and Box Office. Any money transferred between accounts will need to be verified verbally and in written form by both account holders.

Located next to Guest Services behind section 101, 76ers Customer Service Managers are available for season ticket-holder requests and general information during all 76ers home games. This window is open one hour prior to game time and closes after halftime.
