Season Ticket Holder Fact Sheet

There is NO RE-SELLING of tickets on the Wachovia Center Complex Property Please keep your tickets on you at all times, especially once you enter the building.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT GUIDELINES
The owner of record for a season ticket account is the name or company that appears on the first line of the account. For your protection, the only person listed on the season ticket account can order tickets, unless otherwise stated in written form by the owner of record on the account.

We accept notification of an address change in written form only. The season ticket holder of record must send this correspondence.

Any money transferred between accounts will need to be verified verbally and in written form by both customer accounts holders.

LOST OR STOLEN SEASON TICKET PROCEDURES
If season tickets are stolen, an affidavit provided by the 76ers is needed in order to reprint tickets. Once the 76ers receive the signed affidavit, tickets will be reprinted and the reprinted tickets will be honored if the original tickets show up at the game.

Please keep in mind that reprinting tickets is a courtesy the 76ers provide throughout the season. Only the season ticket holder on record can request a reprint of tickets. The original ticket will not be allowed to pass through the turnstiles due to the barcoding of tickets. There will be a limit of two sets of reprints per account for the season. After the two reprints, a service charge of $10.00 per ticket will be levied. Fans who show up with tickets that have been reprinted and are denied entry because the original tickets have entered the building will be allowed to purchase the best available tickets at the box office based upon availability.

If a season ticket holder realizes that they have left tickets at his or her home or office once they arrive at the Wachovia Center we will reprint tickets. The season ticket holder must send the original ticket back to the 76ers Customer Service Department within seven business days of the game. If the Customer Service Department does not receive the original tickets back, the full value of the tickets will be charged to their account. If a company gives out the wrong tickets to a game, we will not re-print the correct tickets for the customer, due to the fact that the originals may have been distributed to another member of the company.

TIME CHANGES/REFUNDS
Due to unforeseen circumstances, it may be necessary for the National Basketball Association or the 76ers to exercise right to change the date, time, or opponent for a particular game. Please be aware of the Philadelphia 76ers “no refund, no exchange” ticket policy.

SEASON TICKET RENEWAL PROCEDURES
The 76ers mail renewal invoices to season ticket holders each June and request 50% of the payment to guarantee the same seat location. Should we not receive your renewal by specified date on the invoice, we will then assume that you do not wish to renew your seats. At that point, unpaid seat locations will be released into the upgrade pool. All invoices are sent out via first-class mail to every season ticket holder. Should your seats get canceled due to non-renewal but you would like to purchase new seats, we are unable to guarantee your same location. It is to your benefit to renew your current seats at the earliest possible opportunity.
