76ers center Todd MacCulloch made a surprise visit to the sixth grade class at Philadelphia's Universal Charter school on March 26. The 25 "keypals" of Mr. Klein's class exchanged letters with "Typin' Todd" on the Sixers' West Coast trip from March 2 through March 9. The children, who asked Todd questions and answered his queries through e-mail exchanges, had the opportunity to talk with Todd in person. All of the students were amazed with their seven-foot tall friend. Todd brought the students Scholastic magazines, a copy of Daily News columnist John Smallwood's "Yesterday's Heroes," and Sixers' Activity books, and personally signed bookmarks for each student.
