The buzz began around 6pm in the Sixers press conference area, as a media contingent easily five times the size of a normal game awaited the arrival of the newcomer who'd been the talk of the town for the past two days. Then it moved out into the arena as fans began to arrive, and escalated when the Sixers, with their newcomer, took the floor for pregame warmups...Chris Webber had arrived.
