Sixers Ask Fans to Bring New Toys to Home Game
PHILADELPHIA, PA. – DECEMBER 17, 2012 – The Philadelphia 76ers will collect new, unwrapped toys at their annual Toy Drive, presented by Ransome CAT and Comcast SportsNet, at their home game against the Atlanta Hawks on Friday, December 21 at 7:00 p.m. to benefit the Salvation Army of Atlantic City.
Fans who bring a new, unwrapped toy will receive a voucher to attend a postgame autograph session with guards Evan Turner or Nick Young, who serve as the spokespeople for the Toy Drive.
The Sixers Toy Drive is part of the team’s “Drive 4 Kids” program, which is presented annually by Comcast SportsNet. Ransome CAT is the official truck provider of the Sixers Toy Drive.
The Sixers next host the Atlanta Hawks at the Wells Fargo Center on Friday, December 21 at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are still available online at SIXERS.COM, by phone at 215-339-7676 or in person at the Wells Fargo Center box office.
