ShareSixers Sign Center Ron Rollerson
Philadelphia, Pa. - Oct. 12, 2002 - Philadelphia 76ers General Manager Billy King announced that the Sixers have signed free agent center Ron Rollerson. Per team policy, terms were not released.
Rollerson, a four-year letterwinner at Temple, played in 126 career games with the Owls, averaging 2.6 points and 3.2 rebounds in 12.6 minutes per game. The 6-foot-10 center was recently released from the Seattle SuperSonics on Oct. 9, 2002.
