In front of an energized Wachovia Center crowd the Sixers used a 14-4 flurry to tie the Orlando Magic, 81-81, on a Samuel Dalembert dunk with 14.8 seconds remaining. But Despite the fact Thaddeus Young was draped all over him, Hedo Turkoglu knocked down a three-point shot with 0.9 seconds remaining, putting Orlando ahead 84-81.

On the following possession, Andre Iguodala launched a 28-foot three-point attempt that came inches from sending this thrilling game into overtime. With the 84-81 win, Orlando has evened the best of seven series, 2-2, with game five coming Tuesday night in the Sunshine State.

"I've been telling these guys (my teammates) all series long that Philly’s a tough team and they never quit," noted Magic center postgame. "Philly just won’t ever go away."

In a first half that saw the two teams combine for just 72 points, the Sixers used the three-point line to keep pace with the Magic, going 5-10 from beyond the arc, while shooting 10-34 (29.4-percent) from inside three. The Magic’s Dwight Howard powered his way to 10 points and seven rebounds over the first two quarters, finishing with 18 rebounds and 18 points, both game highs.

Miller, Young, Iguodala and Williams fueled the Sixers comeback, and on the night the trio combined for 56 points. Miller led the Sixers with 17 points, followed by Thaddeus Young’s 15, with Iguodala finishing with 13 and Williams with 11 points.

The Sixers will practice tomorrow at PCOM, before departing for Orlando afterwards, for Tuesday’s game.

Postgame Quotes

Head Coach Tony DiLeo

On tonights game:
Well that was a great battle. I was proud the way our guys battled back, especially being down ten in the fourth quarter. We did a good job of getting some stops, getting out on the break a little more, then hitting some shots. I thought we lost a little bit of control of the game when we started the third quarter. I think they scored six or seven times and we just couldn’t get any real stops at the beginning of the third quarter. Then they started hitting some big shots: (Courtney) Lee hit a bank shot, big one, then (Hedo) Turkoglu at the end. Give ‘em credit. It was a battle; this time they made the shot at the end to win it, but it’s a great series so far and it will be a great series.

On Thaddeus Young:
We thought that (Hedo) Turkoglu would be involved in some way. He’s been their clutch player for two years now. We thought either he would be in a Howard-Turkoglu pick-and-roll situation or he would be in an ISO situation, so we had plans for both of them. They (Magic) ran a little pick-and-roll, got the switch, then they ISOed him and he (Turkoglu) made a great shot.

Andre Iguodala

On his last shot:
We got a good look. Hedo (Turkoglu) jumped on me right before I let it go. They played good defense, but we got the good look.

On Orlando's performance tonight:
They were a little bit more aggressive on the pick and rolls. Dwight Howard was always there. He was in the lane a lot just sitting there and waiting. I think we had good looks and did a good job of adjusting. I caught Sam and Theo a couple of times. We ran a lot of pick and rolls and they (Orlando) did a good job of trapping me and taking the ball out of my hands.

Lou Williams

On the team’s maturity from last year’s playoff:
We have a little bit more experience this year. Last year guys were a little shell shocked being 2-2. Right now we are in a 0-0 series going back to Orlando. People are saying that Orlando is head over heels better than us. We still have an opportunity to win this series, just like they do. We look forward to the challenge. We are a resilient basketball team and we look forward to going down there and getting a game or two.

Magic Coach Sam Van Gundy

On tonight's game:
I thought we fought hard for that. We held them under 40%. By far the best defensive game we’ve played, other than the fact that, at the end of the game, we had a lot of trouble getting back in transition. They were attacking the basket and they’ve all of the sudden become the best three point shooting team in the league. You’ll see teams who aren’t great three point shooting teams have a good game. Four games into the series, they’re the best three point shooting team in the league. It’s unbelievable. That’s what kept them in the game tonight is they shoot the three better than we do.

On Hedo Turkoglu’s last shot:
It was simply what it was. It was very similar to what they did for Andre Iguodala in Game 1. It wasn’t some genius thing you draw up. You got him the ball, you try to get him space on the floor, get shooters next to him if they (Sixers) come, tell him you want the last shot, and he raises up and hits it. It’s the same thing Andre (Iguodala) did on him in Game 1.

Orlando Magic Forward Hedo Turkoglu

On his last shot:
It feels good. When they get two wins at the last second it really hurts. But, all around we had a great game. I was lucky to make the shot at the end. I’m feeling better and I really don’t want to talk about it much. I know what I am going through and I need to play my game the best way (I was capable of). Tonight, I was good from the beginning. I had a lot of confidence. We always have confidence in each other. It could have been someone else(other than himself) tonight and I am lucky I made it (the last shot).

Orlando Magic Center Dwight Howard

On tonight's game:
Philly is a tough team. It’s a battle like we did tonight and it feels good that my teammates never gave up. Philly is a tough team and they never quit. My teammates had to overcome a lot of different things tonight and it feels good.

Orlando Magic Forward Rashard Lewis

On tonight's win:
They (Sixers) did it to us twice (hit a last second shot). It feels good to do it back. The most important thing is the win, especially on their home court. It’s a three game series now.
