How has training camp been for you?
"I have been going out there, getting better and playing hard everyday."
What are you trying to show the coaches?
"Basically that I can knock down an open shot, and that I can run the team and be a leader out there on the floor."
Do you regret your decision to leave school early?
"Not at all because I left early for financial reasons to support my family."

What do you bring to the team?
"Defense, rebounding, running the floor and doing the little things that people forget about. I kind of thrive on that because it makes me feel good to set a pick for somebody and see that person score, knowing that he had a wide open shot and a decent look."
Are the coaches happy with your play?
"I hear coach every once in a while tell me that I did a good job. It makes me feel good, but I don't let it go to my head because like you said the team has 15 or 16 guaranteed contracts. You kind of get down on yourself, once you think about it, but just keep playing."
How have all the injuries affected the team's play and your play?
"It looks like there is a sniper in the gym with everybody going down. I am injured, but I still want to play. I am still going to try and play. If i make the team, I am just going to work as hard as preseason. If I don't make the team, I will continue to work and try to get a job somewhere."
