Fans can help 76ers devour Nuggets WITH FREE McDONALD’S® CHICKEN McNUGGETS® AT McDonald's Front and Oregon Location only on March 18

Sixers Team Mascot and Dancers on Hand for Pep Rally

Philadelphia, Pa. - March 17, 2008 - The Philadelphia 76ers and McDonald’s® Restaurants of the Greater Philadelphia Region are encouraging McDonald’s customers and Sixers’ fans to help the team “Devour the Nuggets” at a Pep Rally at the McDonald’s Restaurant at Front and Oregon Streets in Philadelphia on Tuesday, March 18, from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. Each patron is entitled to a free order of six-piece McDonald’s Chicken McNuggets® when they arrive at the restaurant during that hour and tell the cashier, “I want to help the Sixers devour the Nuggets!” Chicken McNuggets are limited to one six-piece serving per customer during the hour and while supplies last.

Sixers mascot Hip-Hop and members of the Sixers Dancers will help distribute the tasty treats to all fans who arrive at the designated location.

“The Sixers are exciting to watch on the court and we want to share this excitement with the City of Philadelphia with a ‘Devour the Nuggets’ event at McDonald’s,” said Lara Price, Sixers Senior Vice President. “We’re very appreciative of one of our major sponsors, McDonald’s, for their help in this pep rally.”

Winners of 15 of their last 19 and nine of their last 10 at home, the Sixers look to continue their winning ways against the Denver Nuggets at the Wachovia Center on Wednesday, March 19 at 7 p.m.
