Sixers Announce 2014-15 Television Schedule

COMCAST SPORTSNET AND THE COMCAST NETWORK COMBINE TO AIR ALL 82 REGULAR SEASON GAMES AND THREE PRESEASON GAMES 

PHILADELPHIA, PA. – SEPTEMBER 4, 2014 – The Philadelphia 76ers announced their television broadcast schedule for the 2014-15 season today.  In addition to three preseason games, Comcast SportsNet and The Comcast Network will team up to broadcast all 82 regular season games.

Comcast SportsNet will air a total of 73 regular season games, including the Sixers season opener at Indiana on Oct. 29 at 7 p.m. and all three games against Cleveland.  Comcast SportsNet will also carry the preseason game at Wells Fargo Center against Boston on Oct. 16 at 7 p.m.

The Comcast Network will broadcast a total of two preseason games, including the opener at Boston on Oct. 6 at 7 p.m., and nine regular season games, highlighted by the Sixers lone visit to the L.A. Clippers on Jan. 3 at 10:30 p.m.

The Sixers are scheduled to appear on NBA TV twice this season (Nov. 29 vs. Dallas at 7 p.m. and Dec. 21 at Orlando at 6 p.m.).  Comcast Sportsnet will also be airing the game against the Mavericks while The Comcast Network will carry the game against the Magic.  NBA TV broadcasts are blacked out within 75 miles of the team’s home market. 

All regular season games on Comcast SportsNet and The Comcast Network will be preceded by a half-hour pre-game show with “Sixers Postgame Live” airing immediately after each game.

Play-by-play announcer Marc Zumoff, color commentator Malik Rose and sideline reporter Molly Sullivan are all returning for their third full season working together as Comcast SportsNet’s “Three M’s.”
