2002 Shaw's Pro Summer League- Sixers Scores, Schedule and Roster

Led by first-round draft pick John Salmons, the Philadelphia 76ers finished the 2002 Shaw’s Pro Summer League with a 3-3 record, in a tie for third place.

Salmons, who was acquired by the Sixers on draft day from the San Antonio Spurs, led the team in points (10.2) and assists (3.7) per game. In the six contests, the 6-7 guard out of Miami also recorded averages of 3.8 rebounds and 1.3 steals.

Second-year forward Damone Brown averaged 8.7 points per game, leading the team in scoring in two contests. Center Samuel Dalmebert led the squad with 5.2 rebounds per game. Other notables included guard Nate Johnson (8.8 ppg, 4.8 rpg), forward Efthimios Rentzias (6.2 ppg, 2.8 rpg) and forward Johnny Taylor (9.8 ppg, 4.2 rpg).
