The 76ers didn't have a general manager after the team debuted in Philadelphia in May 1963. Attorney Ike Richman performed some of the duties of the job between 1963 and 1966, but it wasn't until Jack Ramsay was named to the position in 1966-67 that the team had a GM. Here is the complete listing of the franchise's general managers:
