Postgame: Sixers 95 Celtics 94

A buzzer-beater by Evan Turner sealed a 95-94 victory for the Sixers in their first game against the Celtics this season. 

Turner finished with 16 points (6/17 FG), eight assists, and six rebounds. Spencer Hawes led the team in scoring (20 points on 7-of-14 shooting) and also pulled down eight rebounds; he also tied a career high with four made three-pointers. Michael Carter-Williams contributed 10 points (4/14 FG), seven assists, five rebounds, two blocks, and a steal.

The Sixers return to action Friday against the Atlanta Hawks at Wells Fargo Center.
