It's been 17 days since the Sixers (12-21) played a game at Wells Fargo Center. Coming off a six-game road swing and four consecutive victories, Philadelphia looks to keep its hot hand going against the visiting Minnesota Timberwolves (16-17).

Scouting The Timberwolves
All You Need is Love
Power forward Kevin Love has been a rock for the Timberwolves this season, leading the team in points (26.4) and rebounds (13.5) per game, ranking second in assists per game (4.2), and boasting shooting splits of 46.8% from the field, 38.2% from distance, and 81.6% from the free-throw line. He leads Minnesota in usage rate and ranks eighth in the league in that category, utilizing 28.3% of his team’s possessions when he is in the game. According to NBA.com’s John Schuhmann, the Wolves enjoy an offensive rating of 109.5 when Love is on the floor (league average is roughly 100.0). But when the star big man is on the bench, that number drops to 86.0, a positive differential of 23.5. His impact upon offensive rating is the largest of any player in the league other than Golden State point guard Stephen Curry, whose on-court/off-court differential is +25.0

A Formidable Frontcourt
The Wolves’ frontcourt duo of Kevin Love and Nikola Pekovic is one of the most physically imposing in the league. The two weigh 551 pounds combined and average 22.6 combined rebounds per game (7.8 of which are offensive). Love ranks third in the league in total rebounds (431) and seventh in offensive rebounds (114), while Pekovic ranks 15th in total rebounds (301) and third in offensive rebounds (140).
