How many years have you been dancing?
Ive been in dance classes for about 18 years.
Describe previous dance experience.
Ive been in dance class since I was 3 years old. I took every type of dance I possibly could, I competed in numerous competitions growing up and attended several camps and workshops. I did it all!
What do you do when you arent dancing?
I love to stay busy so Im always doing something; however, on an everyday basis I attend college at Drexel University and have an internship at a public relations firm.
What is something people would be surprised to learn about you?
I have really bad road rage. Driving in Philadelphia has made me a very aggressive driver.
What do you think are the biggest advantages to being a Sixers Dancer?
The biggest advantage is the amazing opportunities that come along with being a Sixers Dancer. Not only do we have so many unique experiences that most people dont have, but we meet many successful people. We are all so lucky to have this opportunity.
Describe your favorite memory of dancing.
Last summer I got to travel to China for 10 days with 5 other members of the Sixers Dancers to represent the NBA. It was an unforgettable, once in a life-time experience.
Describe a typical day in your life.
I wake up early, get ready for work/class for the day, and then usually have either practice or a Sixers game. If not, its the gym followed by some time with friends, either out and about in Philadelphia or just relaxing at home.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
I wish I could answer this question more specifically but all I know is in ten years I hope to have a successful career and family.
What do you love most about Philadelphia?
Everything. I love the city of Philadelphiathe shops, the restaurants, the attractions, the parks, the atmosphere, everything.
What is your favorite sport to watch or play?
Ive really gotten into watching basketball, whether Im at a game or at home.
Are any of your family members dancers?
Nope. Just me!
Favorite Philly food?
My favorite foods and restaurants in Philadelphia are always changing because I love to try new things.
Favorite Philly landmark?
Love park. Its so beautiful.
