The Philadelphia 76ers 2003-04 Sixers Junior Dance Team was made up of 60 members who were selected based on dance skills, personality and charisma. Auditions were held in September at the Touch of Class Dance Studio in Broomall, Pa. The team had their first performance on November 17, 2003 when the Sixers took on the Houston Rockets at the Wachovia Center.

The team included: three members who have been with the team since its inception during the 2001-02 season; 10 two-year members; five boys; 48 kids from Pennsylvania; 10 from New Jersey, and one member from Maryland and New York. The Sixers Junior Dance Team performed with a split squad at 10 games during the season.

After debuting during the 2001-02 season, the Sixers Junior Dance Team has become a much-anticipated part of the 76ers game entertainment package which includes team mascot Hip-Hop, the Sixers Houseband and the Sixers Dance Team.

The Sixers Junior Dance Team is directed by Sixers Dance Team Director Debbie Apalucci, with the assistance of third-year coordinators Aleska Chmiel and Tori Closson.
