Eight year-old Davel D of Columbus, NJ was the grand prize winner of Hip-Hop's Read to Achieve Drawing Contest. Davel received a pair of Reebok sneakers autographed by Allen Iverson and a Crayola Pack . In addition to the grand prize winners, Crayola selected fifty first place winners. Each first place winner received a Crayola Gift Pack.

Summary of Book
SpongeBob Square Pants was next in line to be Mrs. Puff's Boating School's Hall Monitor. When SpongeBob reports for duty, he takes his new job out of the school year and into Bikini Bottom. After SpongeBob makes a mess and wrecks everything in the city. The police put up "Wanted SpongeBob Maniac" signs. At the end Mrs Puff gets put in jail for making SpongeBob Hall Monitor.

I like this scene because it is very funny. Patrick is sitting on the wall eating ice cream when SpongeBob calls his name and Patrick gets scared. He thinks his ice cream is talking and so he throws it down at SpongeBob.
