Donation & Appearance Request Guidelines

76ers Charitable Donation and Appearance Requests

The Philadelphia 76ers Community Relations department handles community donation and appearance requests for charitable events in the Delaware Valley area (Southeastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey and Delaware).

The 76ers distribute merchandise and autographed memorabilia to support charitable efforts that benefit organizations addressing at-risk youth as well as health and education related programs for people of all ages. Organizations are limited to ONE request within a twelve-month period. Items that may be distributed by the Philadelphia 76ers include, but are not limited to:

  • Autographed mini-basketballs
  • Autographed photographs
  • Hats
  • T-shirts

Non-profit organizations must submit their request for a donation at least 6 weeks prior to the scheduled event. Due to the number of requests, no phone calls please. You will be contacted via email when you item is mailed out. All items will be sent out no later than 2 weeks prior to the date of your scheduled event.

The Philadelphia 76ers do not accept fan merchandise for the purpose of being autographed for a charity event or personal use. Any merchandise sent will be immediately returned. We cannot be responsible for any items sent to us that are lost or stolen.

It is recommended that your event not be centered on the anticipation of the Philadelphia 76ers’ donation, but the donation should be approached as a complimentary element to your event.
