Sixers Educational Programs: Shoot For Success 3.0

The Sixers want to see how many middle school students (Grades 6th – 9th) can obtain and maintain a 3.0 grade point average or equivalent.

All students receiving a 3.0 or higher during one grading period will receive a Sixers Shoot For Success 3.0 Program Completion Certificate and a Complementary Ticket Offer to attend a game during the 2010 – 2011 regular season.

Grading periods are based on each individual school calendar and grading scales at the discretion of the school.

Complete the registration form below to sign your school up today! If your school is one of the first 10 schools to register, you will receive a special Shoot For Success 3.0 Challenge assembly hosted by Sixers mascot, Hip-Hop!

Once you have submitted the information below, you will receive your program packet to get your students moving towards the Shoot For Success 3.0 Challenge goal!

Shoot For Success 3.0 Program Packet will include:

• Welcome Letter from the Sixers
• Shoot For Success 3.0 Program School Tally Form
• (2) Shoot For Success 3.0 Program Promotional Posters
