Season Ticket Member FAQ

 

How do I purchase additional single game tickets?

In late September you will receive an email with a link to purchase additional tickets before they go on sale to the public.  This is your best opportunity to purchase additional tickets.  You can also purchase additional tickets throughout the season from your Personal Service Executive.  All games and price levels are subject to availability.  The Houston Rockets reserve the right limit the number of additional tickets a Season Ticket Members can purchase. 

 

When will we receive our season tickets?

Season tickets are mailed approximately 2 weeks prior to the 1st home game to all accounts that have paid in full for their 2012-2013 season tickets.  If you have questions regarding your balance, please contact your Personal Service Executive or call the Ticket Services line at (713)758-7330.

 

How do I leave my tickets for someone else?

You can place the tickets in Will Call at the Box Office at any point before the game.  A photo ID will be required by the person picking up the tickets.  Flash Seats users can transfer the tickets to the recipients via email up until tipoff.  

 

Does my child need a ticket?

Anyone over 3 feet in height will need to purchase a ticket to a Rockets game.       

 

How do we get into the Lexus Lounge or Woodforest Club?

Access to the Lexus Lounge is only available to our Courtside Suite Partners and Courtside Seat Partners in VIP, VIP2 and Row A seating.  The Woodforest Club is available to our Floor Seat Partners in baseline Row AA and sideline Rows B, C & D.  The Rockets and Toyota Center do not sell passes to these exclusive areas.

 

Can we bring cameras or bags into the game?

Cameras are permitted if the lens is less than 4 inches.  Professional cameras are not allowed unless accompanied by an appropriate media credential.  Video cameras and audio recorders are prohibited in Toyota Center.

 

How do I get a personal message on the scoreboard?

Scoreboard announcements will be made before the game and at halftime.  There are a limited number of messages available each game and messages are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. Contact your Personal Service Representative at least 3 business days in advance to secure an announcement. 

 

How do I purchase parking in the Tundra Garage?

Parking passes for the season can be purchased through your Personal Service Representative for $660.  A limited number of game day parking passes are available on a first-come, first-serve cash only basis for $15. 

 

What should we do if our tickets are lost or stolen?

Season tickets that are lost, stolen, or destroyed may be replaced by having the tickets reprinted.  Please call our Ticket Services line at (713)758-7330 to obtain your reprinted tickets.  A police report is required to reprint entire season ticket packages that are stolen, and written documentation must be provided for season ticket packages deemed lost.  Please treat your tickets like cash, and do not leave them unsecured in your office, home or vehicle. 

 

How do I get a refund or exchange my tickets?

Toyota Center and the Houston Rockets do not allow refunds or exchanges.  However, a popular option is to donate your tickets to the Clutch City Foundation within 24 hours of game time and receive tax benefits.  Click here to donate now (RED NATION DONATION) 

 

How do I access my credit on Flash Seats?

After you log into your Flash Seats account, click on your account balance.  Click on the “EFT” button and then select where you want to send your balance.  You have the option to send it to your Rockets account to purchase playoff tickets or to renew your seats for the next season.  You may also transfer the money to a registered account of your choice.  Please note it takes 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your personal or Rockets account. 

 

How do I get presale concert tickets?

Concert presales are emailed out to Rockets Season Ticket Members the week before the public on-sale.  Please make sure your Rockets account is updated with your current email address. 

 

How can I get an autograph?

There are no official organized signing events on game nights.  Annual Rockets Season Ticket Member events provide the best opportunity to meet your favorite Rockets players. 

 

Can I reserve giveaways when I’m late to a game?

Giveaways are limited and are available at every entrance to Toyota Center.  Giveaways are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.

 

When can I expect to receive my Renewal Rewards and benefits?

All 2012-13 Season Ticket Members who met their allotted deadlines for renewal will receive their renewal rewards and incentives by late October. 

 

How do I get playoff tickets?

Season Ticket Members have the first right of refusal on your seats for the entire length of the playoffs.  Instructions and details about the playoff options are included in your renewal packet that arrives in early March.

 

How can we update information on our account?

The Season Ticket Member of record can submit the updated information (phone, email, address) in writing (on company letterhead if applicable) to their personal Service Executive or fax it to (713)758-7344.  Season Ticket privileges are not transferable to a 3rd party. 

 

What is my priority number and how can I change it?

Your priority number is established the day you purchase season tickets.  This is a number that is used to represent your tenure as a Season Ticket Member.  We do not sell/change priority numbers. 

 

Who is my personal account representative?

Every Season Ticket Member is assigned a Personal Service Representative who can help you will any account issues or questions you may have during the season.  Click here to see the Services Team

 

How do I change my seat location?

Every year you have the ability to attempt to change your seat location.  Included on your invoice is the option to relocate your seat.  Simply check the box to be included in our relocation process.  This process typically starts in early June and is completed by the end of the month.  Relocation requests are based on priority number and your Personal Service Executive will contact you with available options based on your request.  We also offer Select-a-Seat events throughout the off-season to check out a new seat location in person. 

 

When will I receive my Renewal Packet?

Personal Renewal Websites are typically emailed in early March.  This link contains all the information you’ll need about the renewing your seats, playoff tickets, Renewal Rewards and relocating your seats.  Please contact your Person Services Executive with all questions about the packet and its contents.
