Programs

  • STH Recognition – Each game, a season ticket holder is honored with on-court recognition and an autographed basketball. Accounts are selected based on tenure.
  • High Five Each game, five season ticket holders get the opportunity to huddle up with the Rockets. High Five participants will be recognized on court and “high five” the Rockets as they prepare for tip-off. Participants will also receive a High Five T-Shirt.
  • Iron Fan Attendance – Honoring our most faithful of fans, the top 50 accounts with the best attendance will receive an autographed Rockets basketball. One of these 50 accounts will get the opportunity to take a half-court shot for a Toyota Tundra during the final game of the season.
  • Rookie of the Year – All season ticket holders who are embarking on their first year in the Rockets family will receive a special Rockets introductory packet that will include an invitation to dinner at the Red & White Wine Bistro.
  • Coaching 101 – Select accounts will enjoy an evening in the Red & White Wine Bistro as members of our coaching staff break down the evening’s opponent.
  • Showtime Tours – You have the opportunity at 15 selected game dates to get a behind the scenes look at Toyota Center before game time.
  • Suite for a Night – Select accounts will get to experience a luxury suite at 7 selected game dates.
  • Season Ticket Holder Monthly Newsletter - This resource is designed primarily to keep our season ticket holders informed on all of the upcoming events and programs. In addition, we will highlight individual season ticket holders and include interactive quizzes and questions to win prizes. Season ticket holders will receive the link each month to their e-mail account on file.

Account Manager

Toyota Center Account Manager will give season ticket holders access to all of their Rockets and Toyota Center tickets 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Season Ticket Holders are able to

1. Manage Account Information,
2. Make Payments Online,
3. Forward tickets to friends and family, and
4. Print tickets from their personal computer.

Season ticket holders can use their account number or e-mail address on file to login to their account. If you encounter any issues with Account Manager, please contact your service executive or the Tickets Services phone line at 713.758.7330.

Take I-45 to McKinney exit. Proceed eastbound on McKinney to La Branch. Turn south on La Branch.

From US-59 N (Kingwood, Humble)

Take Hwy 59 S to Downtown exit ramp. Proceed south on Hamilton to Capitol. Travel west on Capitol to La Branch. Travel south on La Branch.

From I-10 West (Katy)

Take I-10 eastbound to Smith exit. Proceed South on Smith to Clay. Turn east on Clay.

From I-45 S ( Galveston , Pasadena areas)

Take 45 North to the Downtown/Scott exit. Continue on the elevated portion to Pease or St. Joseph. Turn north on Austin.

From US-59 S (Sugarland, Bellaire)

Take Polk Street/ Downtown exit. Westbound on Polk.

The Box office is closed on Sundays, except on event days, when it opens at noon and closes after the event.

Will Call windows are located at the Box office and will be staffed beginning 90 minutes before the start of an event. Photo identification is required to pick up tickets.
