  • How can we get an autograph?
    While there are no officially organized signing events, the Launch Party, Holiday Party, and Play Day provide opportunities to a select number of attendees to receive an autograph or have your picture taken with a player.
  • Will we be given a refund or exchange for my tickets?
    The Toyota Center and the Houston Rockets do not allow refunds or exchanges. However, a popular option for Season Ticket Holders is to donate tickets to Clutch City Foundation within a 48 hour notice prior to game time and receive tax benefits. If you have any questions, please call the Ticket Services line at 713.758.7330.
  • Can we bring cameras or bags into the game?
    Professional cameras are prohibited at all events in Toyota Center unless accompanied by an appropriate media credential. Cameras containing lenses (not to exceed 4 inches in length) with no flashes may be allowed for some events. Video cameras and audio recorders are prohibited in Toyota Center unless specifically approved. Please check in advance by calling 713.758.7200.
  • What should we do if our tickets are lost or stolen?
    Season tickets that are lost, stolen, or destroyed may be replaced by having the tickets reprinted or by securing a seat authorization pass. Please call our services line at 713.758.7330 to obtain your reprinted tickets or seat authorization pass. A police report is required to reprint entire season ticket packages that are stolen, and written documentation must be provided for season ticket packages deemed lost. Please treat your tickets like cash, and do not leave them unsecured in your office or home.
  • How can we change the address on our account?
    To request a change of address, the season ticket holder of record may submit the new information in writing (on company letterhead if applicable) to:

  • When will our season tickets will be mailed?
    Season Tickets will be mailed in early October to all accounts that have paid for their 2008-09 season tickets along with their 2008 playoff tickets. If you have questions in reference to your account, please contact our Ticket Services Line at 713.758.7330.
  • How do we get into the Lexus Lounge?
    Access to the Lexus Lounge is only available to our 14 Courtside Suite Holders, 16 VIP Seats, 64 Courtside A Seats and 45 Baseline A Seats.
  • How can I purchase additional single game tickets?
    All season ticket holders will have the opportunity to purchase additional tickets to Rockets games from an exclusive set of seats. An e-blast will be sent out with an order form in late September detailing the dates that this presale will take place. This order form can be returned by fax to the Rockets offices or you may choose to purchase by phone.
  • When can I expect to receive my renewal gifts?
    All 2008-09 season ticket holders who met their allotted deadlines for renewal will receive their renewal rewards and annual gift by late October each season.
  • Who is my personal account representative?
    Everyone who is a full season ticket holder is assigned a personal service executive. Your service executive can help you with any account issues or questions you may have throughout out the season. If you are not sure who your personal service executive is, please call the Ticket Services line at 713.758.7330.
