With the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Oakland Raiders competing in Super Bowl XXXVII in San Diego, rockets.com did a little digging around the Rockets locker room to see exactly whom the players were routing for in the big event. While a few Rockets could not come to a clear decision, many were more than willing to offer their unique Super Bowl predictions

Why?: I just like the older guys. I think they’ll win it.

Why?: I don’t like football. My cousin (Denver Broncos linebacker John Mobley) is not in it, so I don’t care who wins.

Why?: Tampa Bay all the way baby. I’m a Bucs fan. I have been all year. They have the best defense in the league, and they’re going to win it. We all know defense wins championships in any sport.

Why?: They’re a California team. That’s all there is to it. I've got to go with the hometown team.
