Charity of the Month: Recipe For Success

Recipe for Success offers hands-on nutrition education aimed at preventing childhood obesity and encouraging long term health. It's the largest outreach of its kind in the nation, empowering over 4,000 children each and every month with its signature Seed-to-Plate Nutrition Education™ and other initiatives to change the way they understand, appreciate and eat their food.

As part of annual Green Week activities in March, Rockets staff and players joined Recipe for Success in planting community gardens at Briscoe and Rodriguez Elementary schools. For more information, please go to recipe4success.org.
