What is my online account manager and how do I use it?

Your online account manager includes many important tools to help you manager your Raptors season tickets such as:
  • Forwarding and Reprinting tickets
  • Donating tickets to the Raptors Foundation
  • Accessing Ticket Exchange to buy or sell tickets
  • Update your contact information
How do I sign in to my online account?

1) Click here to go to the login page.
2) Use your account number OR email address* to log in.
3) If you do not have a password, select "FORGOT PASSWORD". A pop up box will come up and ask you again for your account number or email address*. Type it in and submit it.
4) You will receive an email shortly informing you of your new password.
5) Once you have re-entered your account number or email, enter your new password and log in.

* The email address used to log in must match the email signed up to your season seat account

How do I forward or donate tickets?
  • Scroll down to the part of the menu that says "MANAGE TICKETS" and select says "GET STARTED".
  • You will find yourself at a page which shows a list of all your game dates and tickets.
  • Scroll down to the game date that you would like to forward.
  • First select the checkboxes beside the seat numbers that you wish to forward/donate.
  • Now select the link that says "FORWARD".
  • To email tickets input the recipients email address and email your tickets.
  • To donate tickets select the donate tickets link.
* Tickets must be donated up to 3 business days prior to the game

How do I SELL tickets on the Ticket Exchange?
  • Scroll down to the part of the menu that says "MANAGE TICKETS" and select says "GET STARTED".
  • You will find yourself at a page which shows a list of all your game dates and tickets.
  • Scroll down to the game date that you would like to forward.
  • First select the checkboxes beside the seat numbers that you wish to forward/donate.
  • Now select the link that says "SELL".
  • You will receive a confirmation saying that you tickets have been posted for sale*.
* Tickets posted on ticket exchange will be un-posted automatically 2 hours before the start of the game ON GAME DAY if they are not sold. If you wish to be notified sooner you should manually select a time.

How do I BUY tickets on the Ticket Exchange?
  • After logging onto your online account manager you will be directed to a welcome page.
  • Under the heading “BUY TICKETS” select the option to “Buy Raptors Tickets from season seat holders”.
  • From there select the game you would like and follow the steps to make your purchase.
  • You must select the option to “PRINT NOW” to have your e-tickets sent to you.
