Meet Your Service Team

In response to the feedback that many of you provided during our Season Seat Holder survey last season, we are increasing the availability of your Service Team during all Raptors Home Games. Come visit us at our Ticket Sales & Service kiosk, located on the 100 level concourse in the Atrium (formerly Gate 6). A member of your Service Team will be there at each home game, and we’re looking forward to meeting you in person!

The Service Hotline hours of operation are: Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

New extended hours on Game Days, 2 hours prior to game time until the start of the game (ie: 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for a Sunday 12:30 tip-off) to take care of your last minute game day needs including ticket reprints and additional ticket purchases.


Donate Your Tickets to Tickets for Troops

If you wish to join us in saluting Canada’s Armed Forces, we encourage you to donate your tickets to the January 31 game vs. the Indiana Pacers. All tickets donated will be distributed to our Canadian troops. With your generosity over the last two seasons, over 375 troops have been given the opportunity to experience a Raptors game live at Air Canada Centre. Should you wish to donate your tickets, please use the self addressed, post-marked envelope included in your season ticket package. We thank you for your support of this program, and look forward to another successful Canadian Forces Night!


High Five Program

As a Season Seat Holder, you can get your kids involved in the game! Watch proudly while your kids high-five their basketball idols as the players take to the court for warm-ups. Contact a member of your Service Team to sign up today!
