PRE GAME

Gate Times
Gate One opens ONE hour prior to tip off. Gate Two opens 2 hours prior to game time for fans with restaurant reservations and suite access.

Bringing a child to the game
Children who are 24 months or under do not need a ticket. If the child (who is 24 months or under) can sit on your lap and not obstruct the view for other ticket holders around you, they do not need a ticket.

Lost or stolen tickets
1) Ticket Forwarding
The quickest and easiest solution is to log onto your Account Manager and email your tickets to yourself or another party. You will be sent a PDF of your tickets which you can print and show at the gate.
**It is important to note that tickets on the online account manager cannot be re-sold or forwarded by e-mail within two hours of game time because gates at the Air Canada Centre have opened at that time. This is to minimize possible occurrences in which two different parties have access to the arena using the same tickets.

2) Will Call
The second option is to FAX your reprint request to our box office 416-359-9418. Please include your name, account number, day of the game, and the name of the person who will be picking up the tickets. The tickets will be available 2 hours prior to game time at Will Call. There is a $10.00 reprint charge per ticket and the fax MUST be signed by the Season Seat Holder on Account. Please note that our ticket office is not accessible by phone.
