Additional Game Tickets & Group Nights
Purchase additional single game tickets or organize a group outing for a Raptors game. Book before December 31, 2009 to take advantage of your Season Seat holder discount.

Upgrade Event
Attend our annual event for your opportunity to upgrade your season seats and meet your sales and service team in person. Seat upgrades are subject to availability.

Playoffs
After an exciting season we know you do not want to miss out on this! Full Season Seat Holders will receive an opportunity to purchase their season seat location for all home playoff games, as well as an opportunity to purchase additional playoff tickets ahead of the general public.

Enjoy discounts on Raptors merchandise at CentreSports and special offers from our corporate partners.

Ticket Forwarding
Your Online Account Manager allows you to quickly and conveniently send tickets to friends and clients via email in case you can’t make the game. You are also able to forward our print-at-home replacement tickets for free.* Please note that tickets must be forwarded at least 2 hours prior to game time. When posting ticket for sale on the Ticket Exchange, don’t forget to set the posting expiry time. We recommend at least 12 hours prior to game time.

Ticket Exchange
A quick and easy way to purchase additional game tickets from other Season Seat Holders AND post your own tickets for others to buy. The Raptors ticket exchange can be found by logging into your Online Account Manager. The Ticket Exchange community includes Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors and Toronto FC Season Seat Holders.

Give a Kid a Game
This is a great way to help our local community groups!! Season Seat Holders are able to donate tickets to the Raptors Foundation through your Online Account Manager. Donations must be completed 3 business days prior to the game in order to receive a charitable tax receipt.

High-Five & Ball Kids Programs
Get your kids involved! Watch while your kids help the players rebound their shots during their pre-game warm up or watch them high-five the players as they run out onto the court before tip-off. Contact your Personal Account Representative to sign up!

Online Account Manager
You might be wondering, what is my online account manger and how do I use it?

Your online account manager includes many important tools to help you manage your Raptors season tickets. Using your Online Account Manager you can:
  • Update your contact information
  • Pay for your season seats
  • Donate your tickets to the Give-A-Kid-A-Game program. A charitable tax receipt will be issued if donated 3 business days prior to the game.
  • Forward or Reprint your tickets by email
  • Access the Ticket Exchange Program to buy and sell tickets
Steps To Set Up Online Account Manager

1) Select the following link to take you to the login page: Log in here
2) Type in your account number
3) To receive your default password, select “FORGOT PASSWORD”. A pop up box will come up and ask you again for your account number. Type in your account number and click submit.
4) You will receive an email shortly informing you of your password.
5) Return to the login page, and enter your account number and password combination.

During the season, the “Manage my Tickets” section will allow you to Forward, Donate and Sell your tickets.
