Ready for the Bobcats...
April 4, 9:54 a.m.

Letters, letters and more letters. The e-mails are pouring in from everywhere. Not only in Canada but from all throughout Raptors Nation spanning the globe! The fans are irate over a disputed clock issue as time expired two nights ago in Atlanta...taking away a Raps win.

Time to move on. The Raps have a ballgame tonight at the ACC against a Bobcats team that is playing for pride and enjoyment of the competition. Games like this one tonight are one you simply can't take for granted. Don't think for a second the Bobcats wouldn't mind playing the role of spoiler for playoff bound teams.

Raptors NBA TV will bring you the game at 7PM.

So you always wanted to be a play-by-play Raptors announcer? Here's your chance. Shameless plug, but it's a terrific contest going on. Check out the raptors.com home page for the ESQ&U Call the Play Contest. You may walk away with playoff tickets. I'm serious about this. When Jack and I were calling the radio play-by-play on the FAN we ran a promotional contest, "Call a quarter on the FAN590" and the entrees were surprisingly good.

Chris Bosh is a finalist for the NBA Sportsmanship Award. He certainly is deserving but so are the other players who made the cut. Why does the Sportsmanship award have competition? Is it a win-win for everyone who gives back to the community?

Antawn Jamison may miss tonight's Wiz game with a shoulder injury.

NY papers are full of Mark Jackson stories this morning which comes as no surprise.

I can live to see another day-Cubs win!

Break up the Royals!

Mike Hampton out with another injury-are you flat out kidding me?

Book it -- David Beckham scored his first MLS goal and yes I am excited about seeing him actually playing a game here in Toronto.

Count me in. I will PAY to see the Bills pre season and regular season games in Toronto.

Not hearing good things about "Leatherheads." Rumor has it that it's a chick flick.

I like UCLA and North Carolina to meet in the NCAA Finals.

Always a pleasure.
