Raptors Game Experience FAQs

Here are the answers to some frequently asked questions about the Raptors game experience at Air Canada Centre.

How can I perform the national anthems at a Raptors game?

The Toronto Raptors are looking for talented and professional performers to sing the Canadian and US national anthems at every Raptors home game. All anthems are performed live and acapella. The preferred style for the anthem is a straight version with little personal musical interpretation. If you are interested, please forward your information along with a tape or CD of your performance to:

Toronto Raptors Game Operations Department
RE: National Anthem
40 Bay Street, Suite 400
Toronto, ON M5J 2X2
Tapes and CD's will not be returned.

The Raptors just scored a hundred points. How do I get my free slice of Pizza Pizza?

If the Raptors score 100 points or more at any home game, you can redeem your ticket for a FREE slice of cheese or pepperoni pizza at a traditional Pizza Pizza restaurant. The redemption period begins the DAY AFTER THE QUALIFYING GAME and concludes at the end of the business day. Up to 4 tickets can be redeemed per person. TicketFast Print-at-Home Tickets must be validated through Air Canada Centre.

How can I put a birthday or anniversary message on the Jumbotron?

Make your birthday party at a Raptors game complete by displaying a message on the Jumbotron! For a $100 donation to the Raptors Foundation, your message will be displayed in-game and the Ford Power Pak will personally deliver a Birthday Prize Pak to your seats. The Prize Pak includes some Raptor souvenirs and an autographed picture of The Raptor himself. For more information, call 416-815-5464.

How do you book the halftime shows?

The Toronto Raptors are proud to present some of the best variety acts from around the world. Performers from shows like Cirque Du Soliel, Rent, Bring In Da Noise, and Garden Bros. Circus have headlined as halftime performers. Performance engagements are booked in-house by the game operations department.

What is the camera policy at a Raptors home game?

Camera flashes may not be used at any time during games. Video cameras are permitted, however NBA policy strictly prohibits the use of still photos or video footage for commercial purposes without the express written approval of the NBA head office.

Where can I go if I have a question or a concern during a game?

For your convenience, a Raptors customer service desk is located on the lower concourse behind Section 119 and on the upper concourse behind Section 321. For questions on seating, ticketing or lost and found, please stop by and see a customer service representative.

How are participants chosen for on-court contests?

Depending on the nature of the contest, individuals are chosen completely at random. Our game-night volunteers usually select a ticket stub from the gates, go to the seat location and ask if that individual would like to participate.
