RAPTORS SEASON COMES TO A CLOSE - 04.28.08

A hard fought battle ended the Toronto Raptors season as they dropped Game 5 to the Magic 102-92 Monday night in Orlando. The Raptors kept it close into the fourth quarter when the Magic went on a run and never looked back as they took the first round playoff series 4-1.

RAPTORS LOOK TO EXTEND SERIES - 04.28.08

The Raptors and Magic play Game 5 tonight in Orlando (7:30 p.m., TSN, FAN590). With a win the Raptors would avoid elimination and force Game 6 Thursday back in Toronto. A career playoff best 39 points along with 15 boards for Chris Bosh wasn't enough as the Raptors dropped Game 4 106-94 to the Orlando Magic Saturday afternoon and now trail the best-of-seven series 3-1 with Game 5 going Monday night in Orlando (7:30 p.m., TSN, FAN590). Fresh off a big win in Game 3 to get back in the series the Raptors now look to draw even with the Magic as they are back infront of the sea of red this afternoon at ACC (3 p.m., theScore, FAN590). HOT SHOOTING PROPELS RAPTORS - 04.24.08

The Toronto Raptors were on fire all night long as they held on for the 108-94 win in Game 3 Thursday. The Raptors now trail the series 2-1. T.J. Ford led the way for the Raptors as he had 21 points, five rebounds and three assists. He was one of six Raptors players in double figures. Raptors.com's Mike Ulmer has more on the big win. The Raptors had four players score in double digits including Anthony Parker's team leading 24 points but it wasn't enough in the loss.
