Raptors Take Big Man At 2004 Draft
With the eighth overall pick in the 2004 NBA Draft GM Rob Babcock selected centre Rafael Aruajo of Bringham Young University. Araujo averaged 10.1 rebounds and 18.4 points last season for the Cougars. Babcock said he liked what the big man brings with his toughness and unwillingness to back down from anyone.
