Established in 1995, the Raptors Foundation is a registered charity aimed at helping charitable organizations across Ontario that work to make life better for children and youth in need of a helping hand.
Over the past 11 years, the Raptors Foundation has been lifting spirits and changing lives of children and youth, raising more than $16 million for thousands of charities. Here are some of our other accomplishments:
- No. 1 charitable organization in the NBA!
- approximately $1 million raised annually for local charities
- $50,000 in Raptors merchandise donated each year
- thousands of Raptors home game tickets donated annually to children and youth charities
- committed to our community through Urban Renewal Projects including basketball court installations and refurbishments
When the Raptors Foundation says it exists to help kids, we mean all kids…and that support comes in many forms. Scholarship programs and grants to community agencies ensure that kids are given the chance they deserve to overcome physical, mental and economic challenges.
