< Return to Privacy Policy

May 2018

  • We streamlined our privacy policy to make it simpler and easier to read. Our core privacy commitments have not changed, but we updated our privacy policy to provide more clarity about the data that we collect, the ways in which we use it, and the choices you have.

  • We added the NBA 2K League and its teams to the list of entities covered by the privacy policy in the About This Privacy Policy  section.

  • We added a section entitled Cookies and Similar Technologies, which describes our use of cookies and other tracking technologies, as well as your options for managing these technologies (including opting out of interest-based advertising).

  • We updated the list of third party operators in Third Party Sites and Sections  to include the latest information regarding the NBA auction site, NBA fantasy games and the NBA 2K League.

  • We updated the list of regions where we maintain offices in the Storing Data section.

  • We added a section entitled European Privacy Rights, which describes certain rights that users located in the European Union are entitled to under the General Data Protection Regulation. We also added contact information for our London office.
