When Mavericks assistant coach Del Harris first began his NBA coaching career with the Houston Rockets in 1976, not only was he the only assistant coach, but the team didn't even have a video person. The Rockets hired a third party to capture 10 home games on film. Since then, technology has come a long way in helping coaches prepare for games.
