Wallace Puts Series in Bank
Pistons fans have grown accustomed to watching Ben Wallace impose his will on games underneath the basket. But Big Ben decided to spice things up Thursday in Detroit's 90-69 victory over New Jersey, sparking his team's offense with 18 points -- many of them coming on outside shots. The inside force further demoralized the Nets by grabbing eight rebounds as the Pistons made it to the conference finals for a second straight season.
Ben Wallace, Det. VGM value: 19.0 Thursday: Big Ben showed off his offensive skills, hitting 8-of-10 from the field and posting an efficiency rating of plus-28 in a Game 7 win.

SPEAK IT, MAN
"I thought New Jersey was going to come out with a lot more energy and play a lot harder. If you would've told me that we were going to blow this team out, coming into a Game 7, I would've told you you're crazy."
