It's hard enough to get out of bed in the morning with a migraine headache, let alone score 25 points in a playoff game. But that is exactly what Ron Artest did in the Pacers' 94-81 win over the Heat in Game 1 of their East semifinal series Thursday. After missing the morning shootaround, the All-Star led all scorers and propelled his team to its fifth straight postseason win.
