Pistons Motor Past Nets, Pacers Next
The Pistons raced out to a 12-point halftime lead and cruised to a 90-69 win over the Nets in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals on Thursday. Chauncey Billups scored 22 for Detroit, which held New Jersey's Jason Kidd scoreless. The Pistons travel to Indiana for Game 1 of the East finals at 8 p.m. ET Saturday (ESPN).
