Using Sega Sports' NBA 2K3, we recreated the virtual reality of the playoffs with simulations of all eight first-round NBA Playoffs series. With the NBA Playoffs 2003 first round and conference semifinals complete, we continue on with NBA 2K3 simulations for the Conference Finals!
