In 16 games as a starter, averaged 17.8 points, 5.1 assists and 4.6 rebounds in 34.1 minutes per game... Made his first career start vs. Houston on 11/13 and tallied 18 points, 11 assists and 10 rebounds… according to the Elias Sports Bureau, is first player to record a triple-double in his first career start dating back to 1970-71 when starts began being tracked... Scored in double-figures 46 times this season, including 20+ points 13 times … had 10+ points once in 35 games played as a rookie for Memphis last season... Over the final 10 games, averaging 4.2 assists, up from 2.8 apg his first 62 games played... Was an early entry candidate for the 2012 NBA Draft following his freshman season at Washington… Became the first freshman in school history to earn First Team All-Conference honors after averaging 16.0 points, 5.0 rebounds 3.7 assists and 1.9 steals… Also named Pac-12 Freshman of the Year after setting numerous freshman school marks, including most points (559), assists (130) and steals (66)… Scored in double-figures in 29 of 35 games, including 20+ 12 times with a high of 29 points vs. Oregon State University in the Pac-12 Tournament… Averaged a team-high 7.5 free throw attempts.

Native of Seattle… Father, Tony, played football at Washington and mother, Shirley, ran track at Washington and Arizona State… Aunt, Joyce Walker, was a two-time All-American at Louisiana State and played for the Harlem Globetrotters… Cousin, Nate Robinson, plays for the Denver Nuggets… Was a member of the 2009-10 USA Basketball Men’s Developmental National Team… Played in the Jordan Brand Classic and the NIKE Hoops Summit… Had to sit out his junior season due to an ACL injury suffered during a football game.
