CAREER TRANSACTIONS:
Selected by New Orleans with the sixth overall pick in the 2013 NBA Draft… Rights were traded by New Orleans to Philadelphia along with a 2014 first round pick in exchange for Jrue Holiday and the rights Pierre Jackson on 7/12/13.

CAREER:
2014-15: After sitting out the 2013-14, Noel appeared in 75 games for the 76ers in 2014-15, starting 71...Finished his rookie season with 611 total rebounds and 142 total blocks...Scored 30 points (career-high) against the Los Angeles Lakers (3/27)...Recorded nine blocks against the Indiana Pacers (2/20)...Recorded 18 total double-doubles...Named NBA first-team All-Rookie. 2015-16: Scored 24 points against the New Orleans Pelicans (2/19).

College History

COLLEGE:
Was an early entry candidate for the 2013 NBA Draft following his freshman season at Kentucky… Averaged 10.5 points, 9.5 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 2.1 steals and an NCAA-best 4.4 blocks while shooting 59.0% from the floor… Suffered a torn ACL in his left knee at Florida on 2/12/13 and missed the remainder of the season… Named SEC Defensive Player of the Year, SEC Freshman of the Year and First Team All-SEC… Joined Anthony Davis as the only players in Kentucky history to record at least 50 steals and 50 blocks in the same season… Recorded at least 5 blocks in half of his 24 games played, including a school-record 12 rejections at Mississippi.

Son of Dorcina Noel… Born in Malden, Mass., a suburb of Boston… Was the top-rated player by both ESPNU recruiting and Scout.com coming out of high school and was rated the second-best prospect by Rivals… Averaged 12.6 points, 7.2 rebounds and 3.9 blocks as a senior at Tilton School in New Hampshire and was named USA Today National Player of the Year… Competed for the USA Junior National Select Team at the 2012 Nike Hoops Summit.
