Named Los Angeles Times Player of the Year, earned a USA Today Super 25 selection, named a Parade Magazine Second Team All-American and a Slam Magazine Honorable Mention All-American while winning the Southern California Jewish Athlete of the Year award... Lists his stepfather Yehuda as the person he most admires... Was an active participant in Lakers community outreach initiatives such as Read To Achieve and A Season of Giving...
