Named to the 1991 All-Big Eight First Team by The Associated Press and UPI after leading the conference in scoring (23.1 ppg) and field goal percentage (a school record 65.9%) and ranking second in blocked shots (1.7 blocks) as a senior….Finished collegiate career as Iowa State’s all-time leader in field-goal percentage (.611) and blocked shots (120) and ranked third on the Cyclones’ all-time scoring chart (1,892 points, 17.0 points), behind Jeff Grayer and Barry Stevens….As a junior, selected to the 1990 All-Big Eight First Team in a conference players’ poll after averaging 19.7 points and 8.7 rebounds…Also named to the All-Big Eight First Team by The Associated Press as a sophomore in 1989 after leading Iowa State in scoring (19.9 ppg) and rebounding (8.8 rpg)….Represented the United States in the 1989 World University Games, averaging 6.2 points and 3.7 rebounds and helped the U.S. to a 88-80 win over the Soviet Union in the championship game.
