  • Is the youngest of seven children, with four sisters (Peggy, Jeanne, Patty, Ann Marie) and two brothers
  • His older brothers Frank Jr. and Charlie both played professional basketball in Europe
  • As a boy he also played soccer, hockey, lacrosse and baseball
  • Is very involved with the Ronald McDonald House
  • Participated on Wheel of Fortune's NBA Week during the 1999-2000 season
  • Has one daughter, Greer
  • Lists the New York Giants and New York Mets as his favorite teams
  • Enjoys going to the movies and playing golf (15 handicap)
  • Has a wedding band tattooed on his ring finger and barbed wire tattooed around his right bicep
