2001-02:
Signed with the Dallas Mavericks as a free agent on October 1...Did not appear in any games for the Mavs prior to being waived on November 27...Won a silver medal this past summer in the World Championships as part of Argentina’s National Team, averaging 23.2 minutes, 8.4 points and 4.4 rebounds while connecting on 21-of-47 attempts from the field.
PRE-NBA:
Was a seven-time All-Star in Argentina. Averaged 16.5 ppg and 7.1 rpg in 58 games in 1999-2000 while leading Estudiantes de Olavarria to the Aregntina National League Championship. Named MVP of the regular season and the playoffs that season. Made professional debut with South American National Select Team in Guaratingueta, Brazil in 1993. Played in the Olympics in 1996 and in the Goodwill Games in 1994 and 1998. Earned a bronze medal at the Junior World Championships in 1991.
